About Niwanta Kokani homes
What’s the story of Niwanta?
After spending 20 years exploring various industries in Sindhudurg District, I developed a deep love for homestays. After a nearly 10-year break, I launched a firm called "Niwanta Hospitalities" with two young partners. Through this firm, we are developing "Niwanta Kokani Homes," which aims to revive and sustain the architecture, food, and livelihood of the Konkan Coast, starting with Sindhudurg. This project is a sensitive approach to preserving the culture and way of life in Konkan.
